An exciting way to produce a cuvée: Instead of different grape varieties, different growing regions were combined here, so that the unique aromas of the individual regions come into their own in the combination. This white wine is correspondingly complex, which is further enhanced by the small proportion of Semillon in French oak. An elegant, fresh taste experience that goes great with grilled fish, summer salads and light pasta dishes.

Vinification: The grapes were harvested by hand in the early morning hours and were given partial skin contact. They have been gently pressed to preserve freshness. The Semillon portion was fermented in barrels and then stored on the lees in the wood for 5 months, which gives the taste additional depth.
