Cabernet Sauvignon 2018
Cabernet Sauvignon 2018
🎨 Color : Dark ruby red
🌺 Aroma : Blackberries complemented by notes of tea leaves and cedar wood
🍷 Palate : juicy dark fruits, mocha and subtle spice aromas
🍇 Body : Full-bodied, long finish with fine tannin structure, balanced acidity
This Cabernet Sauvignon is also referred to by the winery as an "Estate Blend" because the primary Cabernet Sauvignon grapes are complemented by two other traditional Bordeaux grape varieties grown at the winery. All grapes were harvested at the perfect time according to their ripeness. This full-bodied wine goes great with grilled beef, game dishes and hearty curries.
