This Old Vine Chenin Blanc bears its special feature in the name: Wild Ferment, i.e. wild fermentation or spontaneous fermentation, is a traditional fermentation process in which no commercial breeding yeasts are used. Instead, the natural yeast from the air is used to trigger spontaneous fermentation. The wine elegantly represents the character of the old vineyard and the vines - a perfect match of craftsmanship!
