This delicious Chardonnay offers a perfect balance between fruit aromas and a light touch of oak - because only around 20% of the wine was stored in American and French oak! The Chardonnay was named after the "pedstals", small roadside stalls that are often found in more rural areas around the Cape. Local produce fresh from the farm or handicrafts are offered here, giving an insight into the diverse local communities of South Africa.
