🍇 Body : velvety and complex, great mouthfeel with remarkable balance between fruit and wood notes, long-lasting finish, gentle tannin structure

The Pinotage 2020 offers a harmonious balance between wood, fruit and tannins. Lanzerac Wine Estate, which describes itself as the “Home of Pinotage”, is also producing an excellent wine this vintage that easily follows in the great, historical footsteps of its predecessors. With a fairly long aging potential of 5-10 years, the chocolate and caramel notes intensify and allow for very good aging. This great Pinotage goes great with spicy Asian meat dishes, game medallions and of course traditional South African Cape Malay curry.
