A wonderful, fruity Sauvignon Blanc, some of whose vines were planted in 1985. The grapes were harvested in smaller portions, giving the wine greater complexity and texture. The wine is named after Professor Black, in memory of a scientist from Stellenbosch University who tested the first plantings of a peach variety in Warwick. Later, vines were planted at this location... which - if history is to be believed - can still be tasted in this Sauvignon Blanc ♥ Enjoy the wine with grilled salmon, light, spicy Thai curries or fresh summer salads.
