🌺 Aroma : green fruits such as gooseberry, kiwi and apple
🍷 Palate : white peach, pear, green apple, fresh lemongrass notes
🍇 Body : harmonious, slightly mineral, creamy and long-lasting finish

A slightly "greener, grassier" Sauvignon Blanc that has a perfect fruit-to-acid ratio. Fresh, with suptile minerality; but thanks to long yeast contact it still has a soft, creamy quality. Really exciting! ♥ Despite the historical connection to Pinotage, winemakers today attach great importance to the development of fine white wine varieties - which has been achieved perfectly here.
The Sauvignon Blanc goes great with quiche, tarte flambée with goat cheese and caramelized onions but also stronger, Mediterranean dishes with garlic and rosemary.
