This juicy, soft and approachable Shiraz shines with its versatile aromas and is a wonderful red wine for Shiraz lovers and red wine beginners at the same time. Low yields and small berries ensure a balanced sugar-acid ratio and lead to aromatically concentrated, perfectly structured wines. The Shiraz goes great with spicy, hearty dishes such as lamb curry, game ragout and steak. Tip from me: Pairing it with dark chocolate on the couch in winter brings out the spicy notes in the wine - perfect for the run-up to Christmas :)
