Aromatic white wine cuvée.
What is special about this wine is that the grapes all come from the same vineyard planted with 4 different grape varieties. The harvest takes place at different times in order to harvest the best grapes at the perfect degree of ripeness. Each grape variety was processed separately, but before fermentation the blend was created. - a real field blend! The 8-month aging took place almost entirely in neutral oak, only about 5% in new oak barrels, and the rest in traditional concrete eggs. Roussanne and Viognier bring fullness and texture, while Chenin Blanc and Verdelho provide bright fruit flavors and acidity.
