🎨 Color : Deep violet color, rich purple
🌺 Aroma : blackberries, cherries and plums
🍷 Palate : Dark fruits with notes of liquorice, violet and pepper
🍇 Body : Complex, fruity and with a fine tannin structure, light minerality

This amazing wine is mainly made from the winery's unique vineyard, which is strewn with large boulders. The resulting old-world style Syrah is elegant and floral, contrasting with the bold style of warmer growing regions. A small proportion of Viognier and Roussanne grapes are also fermented to enhance the aromas and finely structured tannins.
